The restaurant was acceptable. The greenhouse design was nice.

The front desk staff seemed incompetent. I felt i had to educate them about my guaranteed late checkout. Guests had to walk up six flights of stairs to access the sauna. housekeeping stood outside waiting for my girlfriend, pressuring her to leave quicker.

it was not fixed even after five days. this caused a real problem for people with mobility issues. the staff made no offer to compensate for the inconvenience

Romantic Getaway, A Superb Experience!

I found the spacious room with a super comfortable bed to be a sanctuary of rest. The sauna with its amazing view of the cityscape was the PERFECT way to unwind. I also enjoyed the very good breakfast. It started my day wonderfully!!!
