our room wasn't cleaned until 4 pm one day and the minibar items weren't removed. it also wasn't refilled, even after we asked. we ended up buying drinks outside, inconvenient.

i found the gym somewhat small and it lacked some equipment.

I appreciated the convenient location near Alexanderplatz, though the area remained peaceful. The breakfast was AMAZING!!! The dining room provided a very pleasant start to the day. I also enjoyed the helpfulness of every staff member. They were very accommodating.

The pillows were unusual. Sleeping on them seemed like sleeping on a hillside. The corner flattened, leaving a big mountain of pillow taking up space. Sleep quality is important, so I hope they consider normal pillows.

i found the staff very friendly and helpful. i liked having access to sauna. breakfast was good quality and it had plenty of options for everyone. the rooms are clean and well maintained, that's very important for me.

the hotel is too expensive. i think they are very proud of facilities. well the pillows were the worst ever seen! i had to sleep without them. so bad and so many bumps.
