The staff at the hotel were efficient with all my needs. The breakfast each morning offers many choices and fresh ingredients. I find the location very useful for business meetings around the area. I appreciate the proximity to major roads, this eases commutes.
The gym equipment showed some wear. A refresh would really improve this area.

The hotel included a well kept pool area with plenty of seating and sun loungers, I noted convenient accessibility for families to relax. The gym has several cardio machines, and this provides options for a good workout, so there are no excuses.

My standard room included a king size bed, it offered sufficient space for one person. The workspace has good lighting, also I had no trouble working comfortably from the room. The bathroom was clean and functional with a rainfall shower.

Front desk personnel were polite, they addressed my requests quickly and professionally. The housekeeping staff keep the rooms clean. they are responsive to requests for extra amenities. Restaurant staff were attentive, they provided prompt service.

the staff were friendly. i found this aspect satisfactory.
The receptionist hung up the phone on me twice. i also found the room quite dirty, and the furniture was old. the bathroom had a horrible smell. the shower handle was broken. i did not find this acceptable.

i was excited by the cleanliness and modern style of the room! the bathroom included a bathtub and lovely toiletries. the staff upgraded my room without me even asking, it was a fantastic surprise.
the party on saturday night was a real problem. the loud music vibrated through the room, i couldn't sleep, and the reception said nothing could be done about it because it happens every saturday!

wonderful stafffast elevatorcar noise
the staff were wonderful. elizabeth at reception made sure every detail was perfect for me, and i loved the fast elevators. i also exchanged currency with such ease at the check-in desk.
the car noise was really bothersome because i was staying on the tenth floor. next time, i'll request a room on a higher floor away from the street.
