great location breakfast variety polite staff tiny room uncomfortable cot misleading pictures
The location was great. It was near train stations and lots of food choices. the breakfast was Very nice. it had good quality and variety. the reception staff was very polite and attended all of our requests.
the room presented at check-in was tiny. it included a cot instead of a full bed for my adult son. this was considered a superior room, but it did not match pictures online. i had to complain several times before being moved to a larger room on the second night.

coffee maker friendly staff central location
the room included a coffee maker, and complimentary bottled water. The staff was very friendly and helpful with an upbeat attitude, which I APPRECIATED. The location is excellent, close to many attractions and services.
there was a slight noise issue. I could hear footsteps from upstairs, but it wasn't too disruptive.

The staff always greeted me with a hello and a smile. They answered questions quickly and efficiently and they spoke both German and English fluently. This helped with various requests.

great location friendly staff
The location were amazing, letting me explore the area. the staff were friendly. They helped me a lot. the room was cleaned daily, which i liked.
knowing street-facing rooms were noisy i asked for the courtyard. it were noisy because of conversations. the bed vibrated when people walked by.

metro station bus stop coffee machine super clean room
the hotel is located near many shops i found a metro station and a bus stop within walking distance it provided quick access the room included a coffee machine i used it every morning i appreciated the super clean room i also liked the safe and iron
the lift area seemed a bit drab the lights were cold

small fan air conditioning
the breakfast selection had a lot of options.
The room was very warm. There was no air conditioning. there was only a small fan available in the closet. after my train ride, i just wanted to relax but i was dripping in sweat.
