Perfect Location and Great Service!

The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. A member of the staff were pretty good too ensure I had everything I needed. I even received a more suitable room due to their attentiveness! The location is fantastic, right in the center of the lovely Petite France neighborhood.

I noticed the quality of the hotel seems more like a four-star hotel than a five-star one.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide array of choices. I liked the fresh pastries. I also enjoyed a cocktail at the bar. It was skillfully prepared and tasted amazing!!! The service was prompt and the atmosphere was very relaxing.

My Beautiful Room featured a comfortable bed and ample space for luggage. The bathroom had a separate shower and a bathtub, a feature I really appreciated. I also used the provided toiletries. They were of good quality and had a pleasant scent.

I found the rooms to be impeccably clean and well decorated. The staff was attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Their friendliness was notable. The location offered convenient access to the famous cathedral. The spa was gorgeous and well equipped.

The restaurant was quite expensive. A simple bowl of onion soup seemed overpriced.
