The victorian architecture displays unique charm. i enjoyed the clean pool and sauna, it was perfect for relaxation. the staff was very kind and ready to help with anything. i found the rooms to be nice and neat. They had everything i needed.

the gym equipment could use a little updating, but it was still functional.

my room was impressively large and comfortable. a big window offered a garden view. there was ample space, including a large desk. the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean.

it was a long way to the room with many stairs, difficult when i carried luggage.

the leisure club is available for guest use. i saw a jacuzzi and sauna adjoining the hotel, offering relaxation opportunities. the hotel also provides complimentary drinks and cookies in beautiful rooms.

the hotel's location is convenient with shops nearby. i found it easy to get a taxi to town with less mobile relatives. there are plenty of suggestions for day trips if the weather is good.

staff was friendly and helpful, i kept jackets in the wardrobe and the staff called me and put them away. the spa was excellent with nice clean facilities. my room was quiet and spacious, i found the linens clean.

the hotel grounds are set back from the road, this provides ample car parking. i saw an excellent entrance with an oak staircase. it leads to the first floor.

the hotel has a spa with a jacuzzi, a steam room, and a pool. i saw a desk manned by a lovely man. he got us to fill out a form and gave us a locker key.

the restaurant service team seems very good. the team is always smiling. there are few seats in the bar, but this bar has the loveliest view of the grounds.
