i found the rooms clean and well-presented. The housekeeping team worked with such diligence. ellen at the front desk was particularly lovely. she always greeted me with a smile and answered all my questions with such grace.

the air conditioning in my room needed some attention. i found it hard to sleep because the room was warm. fixing this would have.
