okay stay

dog beddog treatsterrible stepsfilthy tiles
rooms was lovely, it even put a dog bed out. the dog also get a towel, cushion, bowls and treats.
the steps to get into the pool was terrible for me. i am disable and someone had to help my husband to get me in the pool.

the leisure center includes a lovely swimming pool sauna steam room and jacuzzi i swam in the pool it was very refreshing breakfast was fabulous with multiple options it had lots of variety and fresh choices. ample free parking was available so i didn't worry about my car i found a space close to the entrance , made it easy to carry my bags

excellent servicecomfortable bedthoughtful touch
The staff provided excellent service from arrival to departure. Ellen assisted with taxi bookings and dining suggestions. The room featured ample space and included a VERY comfortable bed. I found the provided dog beds and treats to be a thoughtful touch, settling my pets quickly.
The bathroom drainage in the accessible shower was not ideal, causing some floor flooding.

I encountered a couple of issues . First, the fitness center equipment seemed a bit outdated. Some of the machines needed maintenance, and I observed that a treadmill was out of order, it impacted my workout schedule. the room service menu lacked variety. I expected more options, especially for late-night dining and healthy choices.

fantastic hotel experience

i found early check-in very convenient the parking space was ample i appreciated the variety available at the breakfast bar the staff were consistently cute and helpful at the hotel i encountered a lovely layout downstairs with lots of seating options this setup created a relaxing atmosphere i also appreciated the dog friendly area a nice touch.
the room i stayed in could benefit from a lounge chair this small addition would enhance relaxation in the evening otherwise the room met my needs well

i found the rooms clean and well-presented. The housekeeping team worked with such diligence. ellen at the front desk was particularly lovely. she always greeted me with a smile and answered all my questions with such grace.
the air conditioning in my room needed some attention. i found it hard to sleep because the room was warm. fixing this would have.
