The room was spacious and clean , meeting my basic requirements.
THE breakfast service proved unacceptable as there was no coffee available due to a malfunctioning machine. No alternative was offered at the time. I expect greater attention to detail in addressing equipment failures and providing suitable substitutions.

i enjoyed excellent health club facilities (especially the large swimming pool!). the restaurant met my dietary needs well. the room was spacious, comfortable and clean, i felt very relaxed and refreshed. the breakfast had a good choice of dishes.

there is a supermarket within walking distance (very convenient!). the hotel provides a large parking lot with good space. gatwick is approximately 1.5 hours drive from the hotel. it is an excellent choice.

The hotel offers good parking facilities. I appreciated that it was easy to find a space upon arrival. The hotel is located near Newbury Racecourse, about seven minutes away by car.. this makes it quite convenient for events there.
