The reception team were friendly. The hotel had a beautiful scent. I reserved the Lansbury Octagonal Tower, it was really gorgeous with a comfy big bed and a great shower.

The check-in process felt chaotic. The staff did not seem prepared. I did not get any real information. The experience wasn't the welcome I had hoped for at a 4-star hotel.

beautiful decor friendly staff separate zone chaotic process bed hairs disposable sticks

the decor was beautiful and the staff were super friendly. the gym had a good range of utilities, like a sauna room, which i loved! the room had a separate sleeping zone and a work zone, that's so cool!!!

the check in process was a little chaotic, it wasn't really prepared. i found hairs in the bed under the bottom sheet, that's not nice. there weren't any proper spoons for making tea, only disposable sticks, it seems very cheap.

the hotel rooms were super clean . the staff members were friendly and helpful. i found that my room was very comfortable. everything was well-kept.

the air conditioning unit in my room was somewhat ineffective, making it difficult to regulate the temperature to my preference.

luggage storage helpful directions thin walls expensive parking

The staff assisted with my luggage storage. They provided directions to Poplar borough. Maintenance promptly fixed a curtain unhooked from the closing mechanism. I liked that. I believe the hotel has potential with refurbishment.

The air conditioning did not completely cool the room. I could hear the couple next door. The walls seemed thin. Breakfast cups were not clean. I found that unfortunate. Parking was expensive.
