lovely hotel with amazing staff

I arrived late but received a warm welcome and a complimentary drink. the hotel grounds were well maintained and beautiful. the staff was always friendly and helpful. i found the nightly entertainment suited my taste. It felt appropriate for an adults-only hotel.

the hotel has a perfect location near the beach and restaurants. it is also close to shops. the beach has crystal blue water. the access to boat excursions is convenient.

the staff was professional, polite, and informative. waiters at the pool were helpful and friendly. i appreciated that meals and drinks could be brought to where guests were sitting around the pool. the staff greeted us with happy, smiling faces.

the hotel kept everything clean and tidy. the food selection was AMAZING and every night fresh meats and fish were prepared on the grill. the staff were VERY helpful and friendly and spoke many languages.
The pool was smaller than i expected. It was disappointing.

The grounds are well maintained. Staff were very helpful AND polite. The blackout blinds in THE room work wonderfully. I slept better than I do at home. There are spar shops nearby so I could get drinks for my fridge.

The hotel was clean. The staff kept everything super clean, and i appreciated that. our room was a superior double room. it had nice amenities and a comfy bed. we loved the indoor and outdoor pools.
The gym equipment seemed a bit outdated to me, and there wasn't much variety. we also found it difficult to get sunbeds with umbrellas by the pool. Many were reserved early in the morning.
