a decent stay overall

the hotel was very clean. the staff was also quite attentive, i found ana and pepe at the bar to be especially great. the pool area is fantastic. entertainment staff are lovely with kids.
The food standard was poor. It did not feel like 4-star quality. the variety was less when compared to other hotels in the area. trays were regularly empty and not replenished quickly enough.

amazing staffclean environmentgreat breakfast
the staff provided an amazing service. the hotel surprised us with bubbly, a fruit basket, and chocolates. i found the super clean environment reassuring! the comfy bed made resting easy. breakfast was expansive, with cava on sundays and a full english option.
i noticed i was not allowed to seat wherever i wanted in the dining room!

the apartment was well-kept and spacious. towel service was a plus because the towels were changed daily. the bathroom was cleaned consistently . the location was perfect because it was close to many local attractions.

The hotel provides activities for children. The animation team organizes workshops daily, the kids enjoy themselves (it was awesome!). The pool area includes water slides for children. I also noticed that the hotel is clean. The staff were helpful. I observed that bar and restaurant staff were particularly friendly. Mario and Migue engaged well with children. The food selection offered options for everyone. There was fresh food available daily. The three-zone pool area accommodates different types of entertainment. The room was spacious. The sofa bed converted into single beds for the kids. The balcony provided views of the sea and pool. The location is great with restaurants and the beach close by. The staff are very helpful. I saw that some of the same staff were there from my visit two years ago. The hotel and facilities appear really clean.

the apartment was well equipped. i particularly appreciated the spacious layout with separate areas. the location near shops and the beach added convenience. i found the number of available sunbeds to be more than sufficient.
the noise from nearby establishments was sometimes noticeable at night.
