the breakfast buffet was diverse. It featured many local and international options, all fresh. my double room sea view offered amazing views and was furnished with modern amenities. the rooftop pool provided a quiet space, away from the busy beach,.
during my visit, the elevator service was quite slow. at peak times, the wait times became excessive, which caused some delays in getting to different floors.

The hotel staff are attentive and accommodating. The rooms provide AMAZING views and cleanliness. The hotel is close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. It is easily accessible by bus to Palma.
The air conditioning was unreliable and could not cool the room, so I had a technician install a fan. The noise at night was VERY disruptive. People were shouting, singing,.
