Surprised by adult-only relaxation!

I was charmed by the cleanliness of the room. The staff was attentive to every need. The animation team seemed tireless, always ensuring guests participated in activities. The food variety pleased me. They offered plenty of choice at every meal.
The gym was somewhat disappointing. Some equipment needed maintenance.

The hotel provides multiple outdoor seating areas dotted throughout the gardens for relaxation. I observed three treadmills and two stationary bikes in the gym. The hotel included both indoor and outdoor pools, though the indoor pool was closed .

The hotel sits on the edge of town, about a 5-minute walk to the beach. I could easily access shops, bars and bus stops. The transfer from the airport took approximately 80 minutes by bus.

The restaurant offered a variety of food options. The aperitif to dessert a la carte meal at Soliva was fantastic. A gluten-free dessert was also available to a guest with celiac disease, a very appreciated gesture.

the location was really convenient. i appreciated how close the hotel was to the shops. the beach was just a short walk away. the staff were really friendly and the hotel kept super clean.
my room felt quite small. it was hard to move around the bed sometimes. i also had trouble with the toilet not flushing properly. the air conditioning did not cool the room down much. the food tasted bland, it was not a great experience.

The location was acceptable. It was close to shops and restaurants.
The dining experience was underwhelming. the food variety was limited, and the quality wasn't great. Often, the food was lukewarm. some of the chefs seemed aware of this issue, though this did not improve my meals.
