the restaurant had a good choice of food. the staff were friendly!!! the all-around cleanliness was first class. reception staff were very helpful. a+.

i booked at another location and arrived late at night. they moved me to this location. there was no air conditioning.

I was surprised by the drinks policy. Only three alcoholic drinks were included with lunch and dinner. additional drinks required payment and this wasn't clear. the hotel seemed to cater mainly to german tourists, and it felt a little isolating as a result.

excellent stay in a comfortable setting

great selection short walk

the hotel offers a great selection of soft drinks, tea, coffee, and hot chocolate throughout the day and evening. the location is superb, as the beach is just a short two-minute walk away. the food was high quality and had a lot of variety, even for vegetarians and pescetarians. a bus stop is conveniently located five minutes nearby, offering regular bus services to palma and the airport.

the hotel includes multiple pools including a kids pool and one with a bar. lifeguards are present by the pools. two elevators are available (which helps reduce wait times).

the double room had a balcony. the room was always kept clean and well maintained by housekeeping staff. the design was modern and new.

hotel cleanliness beach proximity friendly staff german market noisy youths ant presence

the hotel is well kept with cleanliness evident throughout. i found the walking distance to the beach to be quite convenient. the staff demonstrated friendliness and offered professional assistance whenever needed.

i found that the hotel caters predominantly to the german market. groups of german youths sometimes create noise, especially at the swim-up bar. ants were present around the sunbeds, which i did not appreciate.

The food had lots of variety and tasted very good.

I found the lack of included drinks disappointing. The all-inclusive wasn't what I expected. There was very limited choice in the restaurant. The area caters massively for German tourists. I did not enjoy that.
