i stayed here from september 7th to 14th. the room was sufficiently large. the food was excellent throughout my stay. all the staff were great and always available. the beds were very comfortable. the room was cleaned daily, i liked that very much.
there was a party strip for young people and it was very loud, so be careful when going outside of the hotel.

the reception staff was efficient during check-in. room service delivered quickly. the staff throughout the hotel were friendly. bike rentals were easily accessible from the reception, convenient.

the rooms have soundproofing, so i didn't hear much noise. the rooms feature a minimalist design. the hotel room had a fresh bottle of water. coffee pods and milk were in the room upon arrival.

the restaurant serves delicious food with great selection. dinner menu changed every night, so i got to discover new dishes. the dinner buffet was extensive. a table was allocated for your stay.

the hotel gym was surprisingly good. there is a huge pool with plenty of sunbeds. the hotel offers a lovely salt water pool. the hotel has a roofbar with live music in the evenings.

Really good Hotel Stay!

The breakfast buffet was amazing with many options, and the food was delicious. The hotel staff were very friendly and spoke great English. The room was super clean. Having a bathtub for the kids was a bonus.
The bottled water and tea and coffee were never replaced in our room. This is the only hotel where you have to pay for these items.

The room was spacious and very clean. The minimalist design was relaxing. The soundproofing worked well. This guaranteed quiet during the entire stay. A fresh bottle of water was provided.

The hotel is close to the beach and many restaurants. The walk to the beach was easy. The hotel is eight minutes from the airport by taxi. Palma's central area is a 20-minute taxi ride.

The pool was lovely. It used salt water and was a good size. The spa has a sauna, a steam room, a pool, and heated seats. It is available to all guests. The rooftop bar is excellent.

The hotel staff were helpful and polite. They were very cute and efficient. The cleaning service was good. The hotel enforced its 'no reserving' policy for sunbeds.

The breakfast offered many options and variety was plentiful. I found the gym surprisingly well-equipped and I could easily maintain my workout routine. The pool area featured ample sunbeds and shaded sections for relaxation.

I found the gym was not good. It did not have enough machines.
