Wonderful Stay
great location food variety big balcony
The location near the beach and all the shops was helpful. The breakfast include a large variety of foods. The room had a large bed and a big balcony, I liked it.
The gym has too much people at peak hours. I find it frustrating, so I prefer to walk.

The staff in the restaurant were attentive to every need I had. Reception personnel was always available and ready to help. Hotel staff was very friendly, I appreciate this.

My room included two sinks and a rainfall shower. The bed was big and provide comfort . The room had a partial sea view, I see the ocean all time.

The hotel feature a spa, I got couple of massages. The rooftop offered an expansive view. The gym had treadmills and stationary bikes, it was complete.

fluctuating shower temperature partially obstructed view
Location was acceptable, especially proximity to the beach.
My room wasn't exactly what I expected. The shower temperature fluctuated, it made showering a gamble. the promised view was partially obstructed, which I found to be a letdown.

the hotel has a very good location right by the seafront. breakfast was quite good.
I booked a room with air conditioning. it was switched off. they told me it was due to environmental reasons. i was asked to leave balcony doors open, which wasn't ideal.

beach proximity amazing breakfast friendly staff
I loved how close the hotel was to the beach. i walked there in just a few minutes. the breakfast selection was amazing. So many fresh options were available!!! the staff were super friendly. This.
The elevators were quite small. It felt a little cramped at times.

the room had great air conditioning and it was very clean. it also included slippers and luxurious robes! the bathroom was modern and spacious.

The staff members spoke several languages. the reception staff were helpful and always available. the housekeeping service was fantastic. They kept everything super clean.

a balanced stay
beachfront location helpful staff self service limited bowls
the hotel is located right at the beachfront. i loved the rooftop area and the lower pool area. both had great views to offer. the staff were always friendly and very helpful.
the breakfast was a shambles. it was fully self service. there were not enough bowls set out and i had to get my own cutlery and tea and coffee. not enough tables were available for the size of hotel.
