i am very grateful for the great location near the beach. there was also a bus stop right outside that took me into palma. the hotel staff were friendly and helpful and they were always cleaning. the breakfast was tasty and had many options.

the breakfast buffet had a good selection of hot and cold items. i especially appreciated the omelette station where the chef cooked eggs to order. there were also pastries and fresh fruit available.

the hotel has an indoor swimming pool that i used after the sauna. the outdoor pool area had plenty of space, and the gym included several treadmills. a pool bar also offered lunch options.

The hotel is less than 100 meters from the beach, easy to take walks along the shore. a local bus service stops right outside the door. It goes to palma for only 2 euros.

My room had a beautiful view of the sea from the sixth floor. the bathroom was spacious with a big shower. It was very clean and well kept. the room size was adequate.

the hotel had great transport links to palma and the airport. the reception staff were friendly. the breakfast had lots of choice, i admired that.
The hotel interior design didn't have drawers in the bedside tables. Also not a dresser.

dirty platesstained sheets
the breakfast was underwhelming. most plates looked unclean, showing dried food. this made eating difficult. the bed sheets also had stains on them. this wasn't a great experience to me.

The breakfast buffet offered many options. I found something new each day. The pool area was spacious, with plenty of sunbeds available. The housekeeping service kept the room IMMACULATE . I especially liked the location that was close to the beach and airport.

The room faced the sea. It was a double or twin room sea view. the bus stop to palma city was right outside the hotel (very useful for day trips!). i found the food selection at dinner to be quite varied.
the indoor pool's temperature could have been a bit warmer for my liking.

The room was very clean. I found plenty of fresh towels daily! i even got a sea view, just as i requested. the breakfasts were good, providing plenty of variety. They even had prosecco. it was close to both the beach and the airport, which i appreciated.
i had to return to ask about safe and wifi login details. The reception staff seemed disinterested in assisting guests!

Some staff members were excellent. They really made a difference. the staff were very helpful and quick to serve. the bar staff were friendly and efficient. I appreciated their service.

The location was really quite nice with many eating options nearby. It was just a short stroll to the beach. i was pleased to see there was ample parking. my room was on the top floor, granting an amazing ocean view!
