The hotel is near the beach and a bus stop. Made transport to and from the airport simple. the breakfast included good variety each morning too. the hotel was nice and clean.
i could hear sounds from rooms next to mine, though it didn't detract much.

The bus stop was very close. This made getting around easy.
The food was not great. The buffet was repetitive. The corridors smelled bad. I noticed stale moisture and mold. They do not look new.

Our stay included a suite upgrade. The extra space was a pleasant surprise. We appreciated the excellent food selection offered every day. The hotel allowed us to keep our vespa in the staff parking area for added security, very helpful.
The pool policy regarding floatation devices for families was somewhat unclear.

Our double room was well-kept and modern. The balcony was spacious. Daily housekeeping was attentive. They did a great job keeping the room clean and tidy. It had a double bed.

The breakfast featured a lot of tasty options and proved great value. i especially enjoyed the variety offered. our room provided comfort with a lovely view. The complimentary champagne upon check-in was a nice touch. I appreciated the gesture. the hotel staff were all really good.
I encountered yellow stains on the pillows during my first night at the hotel, which i found unappealing. the room did not appear clean initially. i requested a change promptly. It was not immediately addressed, inconvenient.

The buffet staff was particularly accommodating and attentive. in specific instances, the team quickly addressed our needs and answered our questions. staff demonstrated professionalism. I noticed they worked diligently to assist all guests. the hotel staff were very friendly.
