The staff were very helpful. They held our luggage. The room had tea and coffee facilities. Bed was comfortable after walking all day.

The shower was HOT. I was unable to shower properly, so was my partner. The person on reception was dismissive when we arrived. Another person was more pleasant and helpful the next day though.

the room had great tea and coffee facilities. the location was perfect for getting around the city (it. the bed was comfortable. I slept so well.

I found the gym a bit tricky to access. The steep staircase down to the basement was awkward (especially after a long day).

Several good dining options are located very close to the hotel. I found a fantastic bistro just opposite the entrance. it had a cozy atmosphere and a really diverse menu, perfect for a relaxed meal after a day of exploring.

The hotel is well located for transport links. It is very close to both gare du nord and gare de l'est. this made it easy to reach from the eurostar and ideal for exploring different parts of the area.

The staff were helpful, offering directions and recommendations for the area. The bed was very comfortable. I had a really good rest.

The area around the hotel seemed a little unsafe at night, so I used Ubers to get around after dark.
