The room was very spacious and clean. It had a generous, open-plan bathroom area. Complimentary soft drinks were available in the mini-bar (nice touch!).
I noticed a few stains on the floor in the room.

The breakfast buffet had many choices. the staff i spoke with at the front desk acted helpfully. the room have blackout curtains, it was very useful. i appreciate the gym facilities were open early. I used them for a quick workout before my day starts.

The food at the Gina restaurant was good and the atmosphere seemed nice! A discount was available for hotel residents.
The gym and wellness facilities were closed because of a private function. This was not communicated until after payment. Breakfast lacked real substance. I found this disappointing.

The staff was friendly and helpful. My room had a complimentary mini bar. I enjoyed the close proximity to convenient parking at Q-Park. A discount was available when I booked online before arrival.

The room had floor to ceiling windows, and the view was very interesting, i saw skyscrapers and trains. It was a lot to look at. there was a large comfortable double bed. i also liked that there were complimentary water cans and soft drinks in the fridge and some nice toiletries.
The food was crazy overpriced. i had a bowl of pasta that cost £25. It included a service charge. the hotel is starting to feel a bit tired as well.

i was quite impressed with the studio room. it was spacious and well-equipped. the coffee machine was a nice touch (i certainly enjoyed a cup). i found the bed very comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep.
the quirky, open bathroom design presented privacy issues. it was not ideal when traveling with a colleague. this layout made sharing the room a bit awkward, really.

i did not personally use the restaurant, but there are many dining options nearby. gino d'acampo's restaurant in the hotel offers fine italian cuisine with authentic taste and quality, which i hope to try next time.
