ornate ceiling shower head crisp sheets

The building has ornate high ceiling. The shower head diverters proved useful. The bed also featured fresh crisp cotton sheets.

The room was really small and the heating didn't work. We was advised to book the spa on arrival. On arrival we was told that the spa was fully booked.

grand layout comfortable bed courteous doorman

the hotel had a very grand room layout i appreciated the comfortable bed with provided amenities like a fridge iron hair dryer robes and slippers the staff's attentiveness also stood out to me jamie the doorman was especially courteous and helpful during my arrival

the room i booked was quite cold despite adjusting the thermostat and contacting reception the issue persisted i had to wear extra layers to sleep comfortably which detracted from the overall experience

the hotel's breakfast offered a large variety of dishes i was impressed with the hot food options and the extensive continental buffet everything i needed was readily available and the food quality was excellent

i found the swimming pool and spa facilities to be well kept the pool area had ample space for relaxation i also enjoyed the spa treatments which were very rejuvenating and helped me unwind after a long day

the staff were friendly. i liked the convenient location of this place. the palm court bar is beautiful. the rooms were clean.

the gym was small, a potential inconvenience for some guests. it had limited equipment, like one treadmill.

wide variety hot selections convenient access

the breakfast was plentiful and featured a wide variety of options. i particularly enjoyed the hot selections they offered. my room, a superior double room, was well kept and clean. the hotel's location provided convenient access to nearby attractions.

the gym required an additional fee for access , which i found somewhat unusual for a hotel of this standard.

gorgeous bar comfortable beds cute chocolates

the palm bar is gorgeous and transported me to another world. beds have great comfort and the pillows feel so soft. there is a big, nice shower head. the hotel staff kindly gave cute chocolates and a note wishing me a happy birthday.

i found the room was a bit dusty.
