ornate ceilingshower headcrisp sheets
The building has ornate high ceiling. The shower head diverters proved useful. The bed also featured fresh crisp cotton sheets.
The room was really small and the heating didn't work. We was advised to book the spa on arrival. On arrival we was told that the spa was fully booked.

the hotel had a very grand room layout i appreciated the comfortable bed with provided amenities like a fridge iron hair dryer robes and slippers the staff's attentiveness also stood out to me jamie the doorman was especially courteous and helpful during my arrival
the room i booked was quite cold despite adjusting the thermostat and contacting reception the issue persisted i had to wear extra layers to sleep comfortably which detracted from the overall experience

the gym required an additional fee for access , which i found somewhat unusual for a hotel of this standard.

gorgeous barcomfortable bedscute chocolates
the palm bar is gorgeous and transported me to another world. beds have great comfort and the pillows feel so soft. there is a big, nice shower head. the hotel staff kindly gave cute chocolates and a note wishing me a happy birthday.
i found the room was a bit dusty.
