Excellent Stay at Mar Hall

We celebrated our wedding reception at the hotel. Finn, a bar staff member, provided us service. He ensured our evening went smoothly. The spa treatments were lovely. The staff were fantastic. I appreciated my upgraded junior suite. It was gorgeous. The pool area is fabulous. I found the fillet steak the best I've ever had.

I found the breakfast disappointing. The scrambled eggs were gray, and the pastries were dry.

The pool area offers ample space with approximately 20 loungers, ensuring guests have enough space to relax. A shaded section is also available. Table tennis is set up on the terrace, with a fun activity, and there is also a snooker room for guest use.

The staff offered really good assistance. They noticed we had prosecco and brought a bucket, ice, and glasses. Cameron, Angela, and Alan provided genuine care and kindness . They were really great.

Elegant Stay with Excellent Amenities

The hotel features a very magnificent park. The room was spacious with modern decor. It offered a lovely view of the park and golf course. I found breakfast and dinner in the restaurant very good. The hotel boasts a renovated pool and spa. Spa facilities are fantastic. I received a lovely touch for my daughter's birthday. Chocolates were in the room upon arrival. The building has fine architecture. Staff were consistently excellent! I experienced a minor GPS issue. It directed me to a gate. The bed was big and very comfortable. I had a great night's sleep. All the staff were very friendly. They were also very professional. The food and the staff.

The exterior is excellent. The interior has some loose carpet and trip hazards.

I was excited about my room, a Beautiful Suite, but it didn't quite live up to expectations. The TV just wouldn't work, a real disappointment after a long day. I also found that the sink was blocked. The staff did moved me to another renovated room but, the windows wouldn't open properly.
