I secured an upgrade to the beyond me suite panoramic city view! the room was huge. the amenities felt premium. the city view really delivered during sunrise. It was super cool to watch the city wake up like that.
the music from the roof top bar was too loud. i was like i couldn't fully relax. the breakfast was a bit of a letdown, a simple buffet would have been much better. some marks stained the bathroom marble, it didn't feel clean.

The staff were helpful and polite. The hotel offers a gym open for twenty four hours. The bedroom was spacious, and the bathroom included double showers. I am pleased with the stay.
The settee in the reception area had stains. I noted that the rooftop bar closed early for an event. I would have preferred notice about closure.

The staff went the extra mile to. i loved the sound system. I could listen to my favourite music all around the suite (this made my weekend). the location is great, as covent garden is a short walk away. the room was fine, too.
The hallways were quite dark. It might not be comfortable for everyone.

the gym had two treadmills, some weights, and a bike machine. breakfast was in the luciano by gino d'acampo restaurant (the croissants were tasty!). the rooftop bar had amazing views during the day.

I upgraded to a room with a patio balcony and it was very spacious. The room was also quite comfortable and had a homely feel. The staff were attentive and took care of our needs (especially Taz).
