serene moments
attentive personnelamazing viewminimal style
the front desk personnel were very attentive. the building's architecture provided amazing city views. my panorama junior suite offered neutral colors and a minimalist style. there were usb outlets at the desk, alongside both 110-volt and 220-volt outlets.
One very minor inconvenience was a slight delay in receiving some requested toiletries. I requested them in the evening but received them in the morning.

the room had electric curtains that opened upon entry. a cozy seating area allowed relaxation. the desk offered a practical workspace, complete with necessary outlets to facilitate any task.

japanese foodsorigami animals
the breakfast buffet included a wide selection of fruits pastries and japanese breakfast foods i especially enjoyed the cook to order eggs it really started my days off well the turndown service left origami animals and haikus each night it was a good touch that added to the experience
the bed linens felt slightly worn it was barely noticeable but worth mentioning

mixed feelings about the stay
high breakfast pricedated rooms
the breakfast cost 42 euros. that price seemed too high for what they had. also the desks in the room had big scratches on the wood. the rooms looked old too. i was a bit disappointed.
