The hotel provided car park facilities with electric car chargers, very helpful for EV owners. Staff interactions were easy. They remained friendly and helpful . The room size was ample, offering enough space to move around comfortably.
There were no conveniently placed plugs next to the bed for charging devices.

The hotel boasts easy access to the Glasshouse, a notable concert venue. It offers striking views of the Tyne and its iconic bridges. I saw the area around the hotel to be well kept.

My Double Room featured comfortable beds. The room had adequate amenities. The shampoo provided had a great scent. I am now searching for it.

i was very impressed by the spacious rooms. the modern design added a lovely touch. the views of the river and bridge were amazing! i also found the on-site parking very convenient, simplifying my arrival and departure.
the steam room was not operational , a bit of a disappointment.

the staff was friendly and helpful, especially at breakfast. i appreciated the fast check-in and check-out processes. i booked breakfast on arrival, and it was very nice. the reception areas are comfortable. the hotel provided a convenient base for exploring.
the roadworks in the city made it not easy to get to the hotel.

the hotel location was easy to find from the main roads. it included parking available . the staff were very friendly at the reception. i found breakfast adequately prepared each morning.
The room i had was quite worn down. the air conditioning made a lot of noise and i could not turn it off. the wifi was really slow. I had to register for their program to use it.
