The hotel provided car park facilities with electric car chargers, very helpful for EV owners. Staff interactions were easy. They remained friendly and helpful . The room size was ample, offering enough space to move around comfortably.
There were no conveniently placed plugs next to the bed for charging devices.

i was very impressed by the spacious rooms. the modern design added a lovely touch. the views of the river and bridge were amazing! i also found the on-site parking very convenient, simplifying my arrival and departure.
the steam room was not operational , a bit of a disappointment.

the roadworks in the city made it not easy to get to the hotel.

the hotel location was easy to find from the main roads. it included parking available . the staff were very friendly at the reception. i found breakfast adequately prepared each morning.
The room i had was quite worn down. the air conditioning made a lot of noise and i could not turn it off. the wifi was really slow. I had to register for their program to use it.
