faulty air conditioningdripping water

i was a little disappointed with a couple of things. the air conditioning was not working properly in my room. it took them a day and two attempts to fix it. also, water dripped from the bath from time to time, even when the tap was off. it wasn't a major issue, but still annoying for the price i paid.

The location near many metro stops and restaurants was very convenient. the room provided was excellent. the bed was massive and comfortable. celebrating my wedding anniversary made the staff treat me with a bottle of champagne. I was grateful.

sound carried easily between the floors and the rooms. this was a little minus i reacted on.

The hotel is very central with quick access to bus, metro and train lines. the bus stop for the airport is a short five minute walk. This makes transport very easy!

the staff was very friendly and helpful. the room cleaning was good. the breakfast was tasty and contained fresh cut fruit and cooked breakfast. the waiters were also friendly and helpful.

the suite privilege offered ample space and quiet comfort, especially after long days exploring. it featured comfortable beds. amazing showers were also a plus. i found the location walkable to the main shops (which was quite convenient).

the air conditioning command in my room needed a couple of attempts to be fixed.
