Fantastic Stay with Excellent Service
easy access metro station clean room superb assistance friendly service
The location provided easy access to a metro station. The room I had was clean and well-kept, which I liked. The staff offered superb assistance , answering all my questions. I appreciated the helpful and friendly service provided by everyone I encountered.
Street noise was noticeable at night ,so earplugs are helpful.

The room included comfortable beds and a well-supplied bathroom, nice. I appreciated the cleanliness I experienced. everything looked stylish. The room seemed excellent overall ,and it met all my needs.

Coffee was available in the lobby and in the rooms, which I appreciated. The location offered walking distance to many attractions. Proximity to the metro allowed convenient travel throughout the area ,and , made getting around simple.

The staff were cute and happy to assist, so I felt very comfortable. Reception staff were professional and knowledgeable, always with a smile. The breakfast staff during the day,and I appreciated that.

a reasonable stay
helpful staff early check-in street noise sound isolation
the staff were friendly and helpful. check in and check out were quick. i arrived before check-in time the front desk accommodated me and checked me in early. i got upgraded to a larger room. the rock music theme of my room was interesting. there was a snare drum as a night stand.
the street outside was loud at night. i recommend earplugs if you are staying here. the sound isolation was not ideal. i could hear noise from the street.

broken elevator low quality breakfast
the staff was helpful and gave great advice.
the elevator broke for several hours, so i had to walk up to the fifth floor. breakfast lacked fresh vegetables and a good baguette. instead, there were low-quality, pre-baked rolls, which i found disappointing for a stay in france.
