The room was spacious and VERY clean. Housekeeping refilled toiletries regularly which i found helpful. The hotel provides parking, very convenient for families.

The front desk staff WAS not always quick to respond to requests.

the staff was kind and helpful. i appreciated the quick check-in and check-out. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. the front desk personnel were friendly and professional.

the furniture in my room looked old and could use some maintenance. i also noticed that the bathroom required some updates. i found the vacuum between the door and the ground permitted hallway sounds to enter easily.

I must say, the check-in process felt longer than it needed to be. it was like watching paint dry only less colorful. Somewhere above us, hammers and drilling machines sang their discordant songs.

The staff was really nice and helpful. I came to celebrate my wife's birthday. They REALLY surprised us with a birthday cake. It shows their customer satisfaction skills. The location is convenient, and the parking is quite neat.

The furniture seemed OLD somehow. I had an incident with a front desk person who called me by my first name. I advised her to be more professional and address customers with a title and last name.

the hotel was very clean i noticed a supermarket within walking distance. i had to walk around back through a barely lit street and an alley if i went there in the evening. my aunt said the breakfast buffet was lovely and she really enjoyed it

the hotel gave us access to the room late i had to wait until 4:45pm. the staff seemed incompetent and after my third attempt at reception, they told us the room was not ready yet
