the view from my room was amazing, a real treat each morning. my room was kept super clean and it had all the things i needed (like extra towels and toiletries). the staff seemed busy at check-in, i did need to wait a bit, but it was worth it. the location is perfect for getting around.

the wait for the shuttle to the room was occasionally a little long.

the thura restaurant staff were friendly and made dining there enjoyable. thura greeted me warmly, setting a positive tone for the meal. i would also say thanks to chart, tan, and meena for being so kind.

the staff were very friendly and accommodating i thank thavu and many other staff i stayed for several days. there were cats idling around and they were fun. breakfast has variety and changes daily they have transport if your room is high up.

the location requires a taxi to travel out for food or shopping a trip to patong central costs a fair amount. one day one time in and out will be costly.
