the staff greeted us with welcome drinks, a warm touch after a long trip. the room was upgraded, which allowed us to experience even more luxury (it felt very special). the views were indeed amazing, with a beautiful panorama of the city below.

this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the welcome drink provided a lovely start to my stay. the meticulous cleaning was really noticeable. i especially enjoyed how close the hotel was to the city center.

the minibar prices felt slightly high.

The welcome was lovely in this traditional hotel! all front of house staff seemed super friendly and helpful and gave an excellent cute mini tour on arrival. attention to detail was excellent. the staff rises each time you enter the area. The manager greets you on arrival and departure. i seemed like royalty! the aircon in my room worked great.

The bed was too soft. I woke up every day with a backache. after the third day, i experienced shooting pains. a new bed would have.

The hotel is beautifully located. The views are fine. it's away from the busy tourist area. but still a short walk to key locations. the hillside location allows for the great views. We loved the walks!
