The spa staff seemed unhelpful and had language barriers. A fire alarm disrupted our sleep one night! It went off at 3 AM and the reception was unattended. There was no late check-out option due to the alarm so we had no chance to sleep again:.

the free shuttle to disneyland was very helpful it meant we did not have to pre book or wait. the location was excellent for our visit. the kitchenette in the room proved useful for preparing small meals.

the furniture showed age and some damage. the bed was uncomfortable. housekeeping did not clean dishes when i used the kitchen.

The shuttle to disneyland proved very efficient and regular. the shopping and dining options nearby provided great convenience. i certainly appreciated the limo service directly to the park's back entrance. It saved a lot of time. this definitely beats queuing from the eurostar terminal.
