a adequate stay with some issues

cold food broken toilet seat
the breakfast buffet fell short of expectations. the warm food was often cold. gluten-free bread options tasted stale. the lack of attention to these details was disappointing. also, the toilet malfunctioned twice . it kept flushing continuously. the maintenance person, while fixing it, accidentally broke the toilet seat. this added to the inconvenience.

i found the breakfast selection excellent with many hot buffet items available. i enjoyed the wide array of cheeses charcuterie and fish. the staff were friendly during check-in and cleaning.
i felt the limited parking was slightly inconvenient.

amazing sheets fantastic cocktails
the bed sheets felt amazing and the mattress provided excellent comfort. the bar staff, especially rafael and igor, made fantastic cocktails. i found that the hotel offered really tidy rooms. breakfast included many options.

mixed experience. issues need addressing.

synthetic pillows absent communication
The pillows were substandard. This impacted my sleep quality. the synthetic cotton pillows felt unpleasant to the touch. a hotel at this price point should provide better bedding. communication was also lacking. An email sent before arrival received no response. this lack of attentiveness is disappointing.
