the location was great. i could walk to most things around. the lobby was nice, and the staff were friendly. the room was big!!!
the shower did not work properly. automatic lights did not always come on when i moved into an area. it made walking on the stairs dangerous.

The staff helped me with directions and were SUPER kind! i found many restaurants nearby. The area is excellent. the breakfast had a large selection. I'm vegetarian so i was HAPPY. the steam rooms are also really awesome. the hotel's location made everything accessible!
The hotel bar was closed. I COULD not get any drinks.

the hotel had very easy access to the railway centre. the tram stop was close, only about 100m away. this gave SUPER easy access to the city centre.
