the room was spacious it was clean and maintained well the bed and bedding were comfortable for restful sleep i found housekeeping excellent ensuring a fresh experience i rested well after long travel days
the check in experience was disappointing the receptionist seemed unfriendly her abrupt responses made me feel unwelcome i seemed like i was bothering her

the king guest room had comfortable beds, i was grateful for the size of the room and its cleanliness. the staff was friendly, they offered help whenever needed. breakfast offered various options, including unique korean dishes.
the room lighting was a little low, a slight inconvenience.
