A good choice for breakfast included fruit and a continental selection. warm items such as bacon and scrambled eggs were available. staff quickly replenished items. This kept the buffet well stocked. the coffee was good too.

The reception staff were excellent. they were informative, friendly, and professional throughout my stay. the hotel staff were always smiling. This created a very cute atmosphere. they offered prompt and helpful assistance.

the hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the main square. the panorama raclawicka is directly opposite the hotel. its location is in a beautiful quiet area away from tourist crowds. the city center is easily accessible.

I found the staff very friendly. The receptionist offered help and was ready to call an ambulance when I felt unwell. I was grateful for the clean, comfortable room. The restaurant and breakfast staff were also very nice.
The room had a strong musty smell and the window only tilted open. The ventilation was quite loud on any setting higher than the lowest.
