spacious room fluffy towels central location tram noise high parking price no outdoor seating

The room was spacious. i liked the fluffy towels provided in the bathroom. the location was central to many attractions. I found this very convenient.

The tram noise was quite loud. I requested a higher floor but it was not available. the parking price seemed high. the hotel has no outdoor seating, like a rooftop terrace.

a perfect romantic retreat

super clean room comfortable beds friendly staff

i found the hotel attentive. our room was always super clean and the beds were wonderfully comfortable. the staff was friendly and always ready to assist with a smile. parking on site was easy (very convenient for us) and i was happy to see they are pet-friendly.

the trams outside were a bit loud. it was slightly bothersome, particularly during the early morning hours, but did not affect the quality of our stay.

the wellness area features a large jacuzzi, a sauna, and a steam room. these facilities offered a relaxing escape after a day of exploring (we especially loved the jacuzzi!).

our room featured comfortable beds with excellent linens. soundproofing was effective, ensuring peaceful sleep (we barely heard any outside noise!). we appreciated the complimentary tea selection, along with nespresso capsules and biscuits.

the hotel is conveniently located for walking around. we easily walked to cafes and the town square in about 13 minutes. it's a great location for exploring the area on foot.

The breakfast had many different options , which I appreciated. The hotel also has a spa , but it was small , so it was not suitable for many couples.

Fantastic Hotel Experience

fine views comfortable bed daily spa

the room had fine views of the park. the bed was super comfortable. we also used the spa every day (a true highlight of the stay). breakfast offered very nice choice and quality. i felt it was well worth the cost.

i found the parking price to be quite high. other parking options nearby offer significantly lower rates. this is one aspect the hotel could improve for better value.
