The location was really convenient. The breakfast had a large choice of items. The staff were excellent and always ready to help.
The shower did not have much pressure for a decent wash. The room was not serviced one day, so even the trash was not removed. I had to request toilet paper. Then i carried the roll through the hotel (it was embarassing).

The location was fantastic, offering easy access to the main square. The parking garage was a HUGE convenience, especially since I had a rental car. The lobby was super clean, and the front desk staff were friendly. My room was very spacious.
The air conditioning barely worked, and someone was sent to check it but it didn't help. I think the hotel just tries to pacify guests. This needs improvement. I couldn't open a window, a BIG shame.

Breakfast had a wide variety of food to choose from, ensuring there was something for everyone. The breakfast service was excellent and efficient, even during busy periods, so you NEVER waited long. The food was AMAZING!!!

The front desk staff was very helpful and professional, addressing all inquiries promptly. The staff were great too ensure needs were met. Roman provided really good service throughout the stay and his attentiveness made a BIG difference.

the hotel provide a very comfortable bed, it was acceptable.
the hotel location near the rynek cause noise disturbance. the hotel provided earplugs, but the soundproofing need improvement. i did not sleep well because of this problem.

Location of this hotel is great. The breakfast had many options. The room was a superior king room. The staff was helpful and my room included ironing facilities.
The air conditioning wasn't very strong. I did mention it and someone came to check it.

The location is superb, a short walk to the main square. I appreciated the underground parking. The breakfast offered a fantastic variety of choices and fresh options. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
The music from nightclubs across the street was audible on Saturday night. I think the hotel management should address external noise issues more proactively.
