central hotel exceeds expectations
ideal location breakfast variety wellness team responsive team
The location proved ideal for exploring nearby attractions. the breakfast had a great variety of options. the team in the wellness and gym area showed great attention to detail. i found the maintenance team very responsive. They addressed a request quickly.
i observed dust on the chandeliers, which detracted slightly from the otherwise great appearance.

the reception desk team demonstrated professionalism and friendliness. they seemed knowledgeable and knew many guests by name. anita and her team excelled, exceeding expectations in every interaction.

Breakfast offered plenty of choice with diverse options available daily. One could find something new each morning. the on-site restaurant provides reasonably priced dinner selections. This adds convenience . food tasted delicious.

This hotel has an excellent location in the city center. The staff were cute. The breakfast included many options.
I found the mattress to be quite soft. The pillows were also large, made sleeping difficult.

helpful staff spacious room amazing location
The staff was helpful and always smiling. i found my room quite spacious . It included an iron , a coffee machine , and complimentary water. the location proved amazing , particularly its proximity to a christmas market.
the breakfast area was understaffed. this led to minor inconveniences during the morning rush.

the hotel is wonderfully located. it allowed easy walking distance to many attractions. being right on the main square was a definite advantage as tours often start from there.

polite receptionist beautiful upgrade
natalia at the front desk was very polite and helpful. she were really good too ensure we enjoyed our stay, and we even received a beautiful upgrade, the mirror bar is also fantastic, with its stylish setting and expertly crafted cocktails.
the parking was a bit challenging. the space was narrow and slightly difficult to maneuver, a minor inconvenience.

The breakfast had many choices suitable for various tastes. The selections included local cheese, sausages, pancakes, and fresh fruit. Prosecco was also available! i found the variety very satisfying.

the hotel is near the danube river and the castle. its position in the centre makes it easy to walk to historical sites, everything was within easy reach, it was perfect! though some areas are touristy.

The gym has modern machines. it allows for a full workout. the spa is clean. I felt very refreshed after using the facilities, they met my expectations!
