breakfast buffet selection central location duplex suite parking situation difficult car park difficult check-in
the breakfast buffet had a large selection. the location was very central, it was easy to walk to most places. i received an upgrade to a duplex suite WITH good views of the river, WHICH i enjoyed.
the hotel did not mention the parking situation prior to arrival. check-in was difficult, even WITH multiple staff at the desk!

excellent stay
quiet room soft duvet clean sauna awesome location
the rooms quiet. the duvet soft. i found pillows were comfy. robes for the spa was cosy. the spa area includes steam room. the sauna was clean. tea was available. the downstairs area has a pool. i also found relaxation beds and juice. the location is awesome for everything.
the front desk hospitality was quite poor. the receptionist assumed i was trying to sneak my niece into the hotel. she has her own rooftop house nearby. she dropped me off and waited.

breakfast had a beautiful setting. the food had range. the stiftskeller had traditional dishes. the decor there was fun. happy hour gave 20% off cable cars. i liked dinner there.

staff helped me with train tickets. staff was friendly. the barman, guillermo, was great. staff accommodated my request. the luggage delivery to my room was seamless. the staff were really good.

the location was great! it was a short walk to the main attractions. the breakfast had decent vegan options for me. the staff was very friendly and cute!

extensive selection helpful staff
the breakfast selection was extensive it included many options. air conditioning was effective i found it very useful. i enjoyed the pool sauna and chaise lounges i found them a nice touch. the front desk staff provided helpful coffee service in the morning.
