The location provided convenient access to the train station. i found the staff consistently helpful. They gave excellent directions and advice. the sauna access was a nice benefit, and i used it several times. the included breakfast offered various options.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. They quickly addressed a minor issue I had with my room. I appreciated the central location near many attractions and restaurants. The breakfast was plentiful and offered a good variety of choices.
The room decor seemed a bit outdated. Some minor updates would improve the overall feel.

The lack of air conditioning was a real issue given the warm weather I encountered . A fan was in the room, it barely moved the air. The bed proved uncomfortably hard. These issues detracted from what could have been a more restful visit.

I found the historic building charming, especially the cafe below. Its proximity to the train station was convenient as I traveled without a car. I appreciated that all attractions were within walking distance from the hotel. The breakfast was great, with a good variety.
I had to pay extra for services I would expect to be standard. Replacing coffee pods incurred a charge.
