charming hotel experience

efficient staff complimentary voucher clean room
the staff was very efficient and friendly. i received a complimentary drink voucher, a nice touch. my room and the hotel were clean and tidy. everything i needed was there, including an iphone charger that they lent me.
I noticed some plumbing sounds from adjacent rooms. This made it difficult to sleep. it was a bit disruptive.

The room included effective blackout curtains and provided coffee, tea, and water. toiletries were l'occitane brand. They included soap, shower gel, shampoo, and body lotion. three towels were provided per person with slippers and robes.

friendly staff breakfast options daily service
I found the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast included many options. I also enjoyed the room was serviced each day.
The minibar selection was limited. I expected more variety given the hotel's reputation.

The hotel offers a gym that feature three treadmills and two stationary bikes, I saw there was also a sauna. A business center is available with computers and printers available for guest use. High-speed internet access cover all areas.

lovely central stay

central location quiet room breakfast selection
the hotel is close to promenade square. it is easy to walk to many attractions from this location. my room was quiet. breakfast had a very good selection of food.
the air conditioning controls were difficult to understand.

Solid Choice in the City Center

complimentary drink helpful staff clean room
Staff was very helpful, friendly, and efficient. They were willing to assist. A voucher for a complimentary drink at the bar was a nice touch. The room and hotel were clean and tidy. I was even lent an iPhone charger. The restaurant and bar provided a nice atmosphere.
Check-in process moved slowly. There was a long queue, and only one person worked at the reception desk.

The hotel is super close to the city center, about a five-minute walk. There is also a tram station about 200m away. It reaches both railway stations. i found its central position very convenient.
