breakfast was satisfying with good coffee and multiple options. the staff were helpful. i found using bolt taxis at night provided quick transport back to the hotel. the hotel had convenient underground parking for eighteen euros per night, this was useful given limited street parking.
i found the complimentary toiletries provided were not always fully replenished.

the hotel was very clean and tidy. it is located close to the center. the rooms were very comfy and tidy and the breakfast was delicious. the staff was friendly and supportive. i also used the gym, it was small but well equipped.
the complimentary toiletries were not sufficient, and not always replenished. i found this inconvenient as i had to purchase additional items. i hope they improve it.

i found the staff very friendly and ready to help. when i arrived with my bike, someone opened the garage immediately. a very kind woman greeted me and safely stored my bike. the breakfast was delicious and satisfying!!!
i think, the complimentary toiletries were not enough and were not always refilled. this was slightly annoying.
