huge room central location super clean cleanliness helpful staff
the room was huge and well appointed. i found the location could not have been better. the whole place was spotlessly clean, and the staff were very friendly. breakfast was a treat each morning. it really set me up for the day. the staff was genuinely helpful.

The hotel's location near the main attractions was fantastic. i was greeted with a welcome drink at the bar, it featured a fireplace. the staff was very helpful. I got a late check-out at no extra cost.
I found some dust on the decor in the room. It seemed like a lot of items for such a small space.

historical charm perfect location attentive staff breakfast variety
I was impressed by the seamless blend of modern amenities and historical charm. the location could not be more perfect. It provided easy access to everything (even in the rain). the staff were not only attentive but also genuinely helpful was good. the breakfast variety kept us delighted each morning.
i noticed the room service menu lacked some healthier options, a minor disappointment.

dog smell luggage service
The breakfast was one of the best i've ever had. It was excellent.
The room smelled like someone else's dog, it was disappointing. i also got into a spat about the parking situation. The hotel stated they have parking. this meant there is a public parking garage not far from the place, but the hotel offered zero service regarding getting the luggage to or from the garage, it was so annoying.
