The hotel bar provides a good selection of drinks and stays open later than other places nearby. My room was spacious and clean. Breakfast had decent options. The staff seemed polite and helpful . They made things easy.
The location proved somewhat tricky to reach during rush hour. Traffic could be a bit difficult at certain times.

Staff welcomed me sincerely and looked eager to help. The reception quickly addressed any questions I had. I found the staff to be polite and efficient. They helped create a relaxed atmosphere.

I used the pool area. I found it clean with sufficient space. The garage offered convenient parking. I noticed they kept the pool open from 6 AM to 10 PM, easy to plan my time.

The breakfast offered a very good variety of options.
The room I received was not ready at the expected check-in time of 15:00, I had to wait until 15:10. Other guests were checked into our room at 19:00, luckily, we had the bar across the door. The cleaning lady did not provide extra coffee pods when asked. She just shook her head.

I am very pleased with my room and it had a well-stocked minibar. I did love the wellness area that included a pool, hot tub and saunas. The location proved superb, as I could easily walk to many points of interest. Breakfast had many options and the staff was always available.
The hairdryer in my room was of low quality, it took a long time to dry my hair.

The hotel is near a shopping center, namely Stary Browar. It is also close to the old city. This made exploring very easy. The train stations are conveniently close to the hotel too.

The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. They helped with all requests. Reception staff was also helpful and always found solution. The staff seemed lively and eager to make stays good.
