My visit was AMAZING!!! The design of the room felt comforting, and the view was beautiful. The staff, especially Lindita, Reni, and Sonald, showed extraordinary kindness and provided help anytime I needed it. The location provided convenient access to the Skenderbeg square and National Museum.

I observed that some furniture showed wear, and drinking glasses were absent from my room.

The spa offers a very relaxing atmosphere with excellent amenities, allowing guests to unwind completely. Communication was smooth, because almost all staff members spoke English or Italian fluently.

Breakfast provided many options, including eggs prepared in various ways, layered pies, salads, and traditional dishes. An abundance of fruit and cakes also was in the breakfast buffet. Dinner was available at very low prices.

My apartment felt spacious with free toiletries provided, along with ropes and slippers for spa use. The bed was large, promising restful nights. The jacuzzi offered a scenic view of the city.
