the location was great it was very central i found the bed to be super comfortable i also appreciated that the room was clean the staff was helpful in providing directions to nearby attractions
the spa was not available this was disappointing as it was one of the reasons i booked the hotel also the breakfast service was a bit slow on one of the mornings i had to wait longer than expected for my order

My room was quite small and lacked a proper closet. The safe was on the floor. I had to kneel down each time. The bathroom lacked towel racks. The shower design caused water to splash everywhere. I found these inconveniences disappointing given the hotel's rating.

This hotel is a treasure. the bed in my beautiful double room was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked silently. the bathroom included extras like a dental kit and ample toiletries, which i found useful. i liked the breakfast, served in the restaurant. It featured fresh options and nice presentation.
i was a little disappointed that the spa was not fully operational , as i was looking forward to using those facilities.

The breakfast menu offered many options. The rooftop seating area was nice. Decorations were arranged in my room, it was a nice surprise. The staff also allowed for early check-in.
The room lacked an closet and only provided a metal shelf for storage.
