amazing locationroom viewprofessional staff
I found the location to be amazing. i really enjoyed the view from our beautiful suite sea view. all the facilities were well kept and accessible. The staff were so professional and accommodating to our requests. the breakfast had many options, and the food at the restaurant was reasonably priced.

The staff were very friendly. They were cute, and helpful throughout my stay. i especially appreciated the reception team's quick and professional handling of queries. the cleaning staff kept the rooms super clean. this contributed to a comfortable stay.

i enjoyed the helpfulness of the staff. the spa girls were kind and really did their best for me. the breakfast was great, it had everything i needed. the breakfast setup reminded me of a turkish resort.
The outdoor swimming pool was disappointing. it was too small and too crowded. the beach was also a letdown. It was very crowded with non-hotel guests. i wish it was cleaner, too

We experienced bad weather during our short trip. Temperatures dropped and it rained constantly. the hotel facilities, however was nice. the reception team was very helpful. i especially want to mention raul, he helped with all my questions promptly. i had a great time with the treatments at the spa. I also enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi.
the restaurant staff seemed tired, maybe due to the season. i did find that this lowered the quality of service received at dinner. i hope the staff can get more rest in the future.
