central location helpful staff expensive minibar gloomy room
the location is seriously perfect! it's right in the center, close to everything i needed, and it made exploring so easy. my room was a beautiful double room city view and it had the most amazing view! the staff were so helpful and always smiling, i felt so welcomed .
the minibar in my room wasn't free?! i thought that was a bit much considering what i paid.

The location was ideal for city exploration. the staff assisted with day tours. the hotel features a massive four-floor underground parking, offering convenient arrival and departure. check-in took two minutes. Luggage assistance was quick to the room.
i found my room's dark colors. the view from my 9th-floor room was disappointing. the tv was small, with limited channel options.

central location spacious room easy access practical base
I REALLY appreciate the location. It is close to many points of interest. The spacious room offered COMFORT after long days. I easily accessed transport options, including the airport bus. I had a very practical base for exploring the city.
Sound insulation was not optimal, and some traffic noise reached my room on the tenth floor. I could hear a light HUM.

limited choices unfriendly staff
the breakfast wasn't great. it reminded me of a 2 star breakfast, not what i expect from a supposedly 5 star hotel. there were limited choices. it was the same stuff every day. also, the staff at the restaurant didn't smile. they didn't even say good morning.

the beautiful room was spacious (it was 52 square meters). large windows gave a great city view.
i noticed the hotel's facade was not cleaned recently, making the glass walls hard to see through.
