useful balcony tasty food good location
The room had a balcony. That was useful. there was wide choice at breakfast. The food was tasty. the location was good. I found it easy to get around. i also liked the open area inside the door!

cleanliness level friendly staff room size air conditioning
the hotel maintained cleanliness throughout my stay, even the staff across all departments were friendly. my bedroom was a good size. the air conditioning worked effectively. the hotel's location made it easy to reach nearby shops and restaurants. it was also about a ten-minute walk to the beach.
i thought the doors slammed loudly sometimes. it was bothersome at night when other guests came back from their evenings.

A Satisfying Stay
friendly staff customer assistance modern appearance
I found the hotel staff friendly. They display great customer assistance when needed. The hotel maintains cleanliness and a modern appearance. The room cleaners performs their duties very good.
i find that doors were slamming all day and night. It just never stopped. This constant noise impacted my overall relaxation. I suggest a solution is needed to mitigate door slamming.

The Double or Twin Room Balcony included two twin beds pushed together. A small balcony provided views. There was not much storage space for clothing beyond a few hangers on the wall.

Acceptable stay with some issues
air conditioning long wait
The hotel food provided a good choice at meal times.
The air conditioning did not function. I waited more than 20 minutes for a lift. I paid for breakfast three times , but I used it only twice and I did not receive a refund.
