poor breakfast broken air conditioning
the location was acceptable as it was near shops and dining options.
the breakfast was subpar i have had better during my travels to france the orange juice machine was not working properly the eggs were average the crepes served were cold this was disappointing the air conditioning was not working when i arrived it took them a while to fix it.

professional staff central location underfloor heating
The reception staff provided professional help upon arrival. They assisted my wife who needed help. The hotel has a central location that is wonderful. The rooms feature underfloor heating in the bathroom. I liked the built-in lighting in the wardrobes and reading lights over the beds.

the staff had very good english when needed and made me feel welcome breakfast was very good i found the balcony a lovely surprise the room was spacious and bright.
some services seemed slow.
